Freedom of Information Day & Award Ceremony

The 2011 John R. Finnegan Freedom of Information Award will be presented to former WCCO-TV Anchor and MinnPost columnist Don Shelby and State Senator Don Betzold.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
